Welcome to NoCENS. First Subcultural social network! After registration you will have your own profile with gallery, blogs, videos and stream channel. You can add any content about subcultures and hobbies, discuss arts and posts, find friends and more.  

Please accept rules:

1. Every user agrees with all rules and terms.
2. Every user must obey international laws while posting materials, comments, personal information etc. No racism, discrimination, strong porn content, extremism etc. 
3. User is responsible for content he posted. NoCENS owners and administration are not responsible for content which is posted by any user.
4. The content published on NoCENS can be used and shared for free by everyone. 
5. Content with real-life erotics or violence shouldn't be posted. Soft erotics can be posted with filter "18+".
6. To use this site you should be 18 years old or older.
7. Adminstration and moderators can administrate, change and remove any infromation on NoCENS website.
8. Rules can be added, removed and changed by site owners.
